Hello. My name is Ashley Allen. I am a wife, mother of two beautiful girls, and a part-time preschool teacher from Brookland (just outside of Jonesboro). I play the piano and sing. I lead worship at my church on Sunday mornings. I also teach my 20 preschoolers fun songs. I am an eclectic music lover. I like classical, big band, r&b, country, gospel, etc. This course is a part of my general education for the BSIS degree. However, I am very excited to be taking this class. My future ambitions are to be a great wife and mom, take advantage of opportunities before they are gone, and live and love life. I want my family to be confident in who they are and from where they come. I also want my 20 preschoolers to know and feel the love for and confidence I have in each one of them.
Hi! My name is Jennifer King. I currently live in Paragould, AR but I was born and raised in South Carolina and Virginia. I am a church secretary, a school secretary, pe teacher, librarian, and aftercare worker. I also work in the evenings and on the weekends for an accountant. I am taking this class as a requirement for the BSIS degree. I have a strong love for music. I listen to all types except hard rock. I took violin lessons for five years, taught myself to play the keyboard, and my mother is currently teaching me to play the hammered dulcimer. My dreams for the future are to get my Bachelors degree, get my career on track, then find my prince and start a family.
Hello. My name is Tenekia Robins. I live in my hometown of Marianna, AR. I am a full time mother of two children, employee and student. My son Edward is 4 years old and my daughter Elesya is 3 years old. I work as an Outreach Specialist for our hometown community healthcare center.
This course is mandatory for the BSIS degree.
I absolutely love music. As a child and young adult, I participated in our church choir. In high school, I was a member of the band. I played the french horn.
My dreams for the future are quite simple. I want to obtain my BS degree to strengthen my career and enable me to provide for my family.

DeleteMy brother played the dulcimer years ago when we were children. It's a beautiful instrument.
